It’s the 7th anniversary of the only artificial reef in the world shaped like a margarita bar.

The bar is near the southern end of Miami Beach. This is the area in which I would like to see a near-shore, shallow-water dive site – an underwater art gallery. Imaginative, functional, durable art would attract divers and snorkelers, as well as homeless fish. In effect, art would bring environmental issues and tourism together.
